We are a family run business dedicated to caring for your precious pet as though it were our own. We have a great love of dogs, and this is why we do so much to ensure that your pet feels safe, happy and secure.

Yes, our facilities are air conditioned for year round comfort.
How often are your premises managed?
We have personnel on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and experienced staff on roster to ensure that your pet is safe and secure at all times, and in good health during its stay.
For peace of mind we have easy access to 24hr veterinary care and immediately seek their professional assistance should your pet show signs of needing it.
My pet is on medication, can you administer?
Yes, we can administer medication when required, at no extra charge.
My pet is on a special diet/picky eater
If your dog is on a prescription diet, you will need to provide this.
We cater for fussy eaters and provide an interesting variety of tasty meals to encourage them to eat properly during their stay.
What food will you be feeding my pet?
Quality nutrition is an essential requirement for all pets.
We provide an interesting variety of natural and raw food during your pet’s stay, including Supercoat Kibble, fresh raw meat, fresh chicken wings and necks and pet food products.
